Delete Your Account
Applies to the PropDeep mobile app and website
You can delete your PropDeep account and all personal data associated with it at any time. This is permanent and cannot be undone.
Option 1 — From the mobile app
- Open the PropDeep app and sign in
- Tap the menu (top-left) → Profile
- Scroll to the bottom → Delete Account
- Confirm with your password or OTP
Option 2 — From the website
- Sign in at demo.propdeep.com
- Go to Dashboard → Settings
- Click Delete Account at the bottom of the page
- Confirm with your password

Use the subject Account deletion request. We verify and complete the deletion within 7 business days.
What we delete
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
- Your profile (name, email, phone, avatar, bio, agency/agent links)
- All properties you listed and their associated images
- Your favorites, saved searches, and recent searches
- Your messages, inquiries, and tour requests
- Your reviews, ratings, and in-app notifications
- Membership/subscription records, payment references, and promotion history
- Push notification tokens and OneSignal subscriptions
What we keep (and why)
A minimal set of records is retained to meet legal or financial obligations:
- Invoices and tax records — kept for up to 7 years as required by Indian law
- Payment transaction logs (amount, date, payment processor ID — no personal data) — 7 years
- Fraud/abuse records if your account was flagged — retained indefinitely for the safety of other users
Retained records are not linked to any personally identifiable information once deletion completes.
How long it takes
In-app and website deletions are immediate. Email requests are processed within 7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation once the deletion is complete.
